Terms of service

By downloading or using Hive Clips AI you agree to these terms. Please read them, they're short.

Your licence

• A plan gives you a personal licence to use Hive on the number of PCs your plan includes.
• Don't share, resell or try to get around your licence key or the free-trial limits.
• Hive needs an internet connection to check your licence and use Hive Cloud AI.

Your content

• You own the videos you put into Hive and the clips it makes.
• Only use videos you have the right to use. You are responsible for following the rules of YouTube and any other platform you download from or post to.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period.
• Hive Cloud AI hours reset on the 1st of every month and don't roll over.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Fair use

“Unlimited clips” means normal use by you or your team. We may limit accounts that abuse Hive Cloud AI or the licence system.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Hive reliable, but it's provided “as is”. AI can make mistakes, so always check your clips before posting. We're not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we'll tell you in the app or by email. Questions? support@hiveclips.pro
